General terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose


These general terms and conditions of sale govern sales made on the Zeyno Collection website, managed by Kadir Kaya, a supplementary independent registered under number BCE 1029.222.755 in Liège (Belgium).


Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

2. Products


The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.

The photographs are illustrative and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

3. Price


The prices shown are in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes, in accordance with the VAT exemption scheme (Article 56bis, §2, of the VAT Code).

Delivery charges are not included in the prices shown and are specified at the time of ordering.

4. Order


Validating an order on the website constitutes a firm sales agreementbetween the buyer and Zeyno Collection.

The buyer automatically receives an order confirmation email.

5. Payment


Payment is made securely via the platforms offered on the site (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.).

Bank details are never recorded or accessible to Zeyno Collection.

6. Delivery


Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business daysafter payment confirmation.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier chosen.

Zeyno Collection cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.

7. Returns and exchanges

In accordance with European distance selling law, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

Items must be unworn , unwashed and in their original packaging .

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part .

However, some items cannot be returned or exchanged , for hygiene reasons or due to their nature:

  • Hijabs , for hygiene reasons (no returns, exchanges or refunds possible).

  • Items purchased on promotion , on sale or from the "Promotions" / "Sale" categories.

In case of non-compliance with the return conditions (items worn, washed, damaged, incomplete or returned without tracking), the return may be refused.

8. Responsibility


Zeyno Collection cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.

9. Personal Data


The information collected during the ordering process is confidential and processed in accordance with the privacy policy (see below).

10. Applicable Law


The current conditions are governed by Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
