Return and refund policy

We hope you will be fully satisfied with your order.

If, however, an item does not suit you, you have 14 days from receiptto return it.


General return conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamagedand in perfect condition.

  • The return must be made in the original packaging, with all accessories (labels, covers, etc.).

  • Return shipping costsarethe responsibility of the customer (unless the error is ours).

  • Returns must be sent exclusively via a home postal service(e.g., Bpost or equivalent carrier), with a mandatory tracking number.

  • Zeyno Collection cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft or damage to the package by the carrier.


Items excluded from return

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded :

  • Items purchased on promotion, on saleor from the "Promotions" / "Sale" categories.

  • Hijabs, for strict hygiene reasons(any return or exchange is impossible, even if the item has not been worn).

This rule ensures sound, clear and fair sales management.


Return procedure

  1. Send an email to Contact@zeyno-collection.com  specifying your order number and the reason for the return .

  2. We will provide you with the return address and specific instructions.

  3. Send the parcel via a tracked home delivery service(Bpost or equivalent).

  4. Upon receipt and verification of the product, a refund or credit notewill be issued within 7 to 10 business days(excluding excluded items).


Important reminder

Any product that does not meet the conditions mentioned above(worn, washed, damaged, without a label, returned without tracking, or via an unapproved service) may be refused and not refunded .
